Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Baristas

to join our growing team.

30+ hours per week must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

We also wee applicants interested in weekend-only shifts

Ideal candidates are passionate about coffee, skilled in latte art, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and high-temp dishwashers

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Accurately handle transactions using Toast POS

Maintain a clean andanized cafe, including workstations and customer seating areas

Restock supplies and assist with inventory management

Ad to local health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Contribute to daily cafe upkeep (sweeping, mopping, dishes, trash/recyclingpost) our management team works alongside staff to support these tasks

Qualifications

Previous barista experience strongly preferred

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Flexible availability (mornings, weekends, and holidays)

Basic math skills for cash handling and POS use
