Our Surprise office is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who can keep the front of the office running smoothly while also supporting our Escrow team behind the scenes. Position Summary This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while also diving into the details of escrow work. You'll be the first face clients see when they walk through the door and a vital support to our Escrow Officers throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Coordination: Warmly welcome clients, guests, and team members Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and lobby area Receive and distribute mail and deliveries Assist with office organization and light event coordination Monitor and order office supplies Escrow Assistance: Support Escrow Officers through the full escrow transaction cycle Prepare documents, coordinate signings, and assist with disbursements Use SoftPro to manage, update, and track escrow files Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and internal teams Stay organized and maintain compliance and data accuracy Embrace tech tools and process improvements What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of administrative, front desk, or escrow experience (title industry preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with SoftPro or other escrow software preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team You're a Great Fit If You: Fearlessly, Seek to Understand - You listen with empathy and approach challenges with curiosity Own It - You're accountable, reliable, and take initiative Navigate Together - You work well with others and treat people with respect Do the Right Thing - You lead with integrity and honesty, even when it's hard Make Something Better Today - You're committed to improvement and quality Why Work With Us?
