Castells, a high-volume fine dining restaurant in Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced and polished Maitre D to lead our front-of-house team. This is a full-time position for a seasoned professional not a lead host rol e in a restaurant known for its exceptional service and refined atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining
• Michelin-star experience preferred
• Well-versed in Resy and guest relations
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and calm under pressure
• Flexible availabi lity evenings only, including weekends and holidays
