Qualifications

  • Passion to provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail
  • Personable, charming, and well spoken
  • Warm and welcoming to both guests and staff
  • Ability to cater to guests needs in fine dining or casual dining format
  • Able to work as a team player
  • Ability to multitask; and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and and high hospitality standard
  • Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate
  • Must have good communication skills and full understanding of menu to promote sales
  • Must have strong food and beverage knowledge and well versed in Asian cuisine is a plus but not required
  • Need to be familiar with POS operations
  • Successfully adhere to Steps of Service
  • Availability to work on evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the management team and fellow staff members to execute service standards
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule.
  • Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus to provide guests with a high quality dining experience.
  • Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests needs efficiently.
  • Adhere to all relevant liquor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant setting.

Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
