Front Desk Attendant Jobs in British Columbia

A Front Desk Attendant in the hospitality service industry is primarily responsible for ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience. Proficiency in using hotel management software is also beneficial. In some establishments, a certificate or degree in hospitality management may be required. Before becoming a Front Desk Attendant, a person may have roles such as a Guest Service Representative, Hotel Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative in other industries. These roles provide valuable experience in customer service and dealing with the public which are crucial skills for a Front Desk Attendant.
