Who You Are: Youre not just pouring drinksyoure setting the tempo for the room. Whether youre crafting a perfect Paloma, dropping knowledge about mezcal, or creating connection across the bar, youre all about bringing energy, professionalism, and personality into every shift. You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and know how to keep the vibe right all night.

What Youll Do:

• Craft cocktails quickly, accurately, and with style

• Engage guests with warmth and product knowledge

• Recommend spirits and cocktails with passion and confidenceespecially agave-based ones

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times

• Communicate with floor staff and support service bar efficiently

• Check IDs, follow local liquor laws, and ensure guest safety

• Uphold cleanliness and health standards behind the bar

What You Bring:

• 1+ year bartending experience in a high-volume setting

• Familiarity with tequila, mezcal, and classic cocktail builds

• Strong multitasking, memory, and communication skills

• Professionalism and pride in your craft

• Must be 21+ with current BASSET certification (or willing to obtain)

• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
