The Role: Were seeking a personable, skilled, and team-oriented bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through both craft and connection. Youll be responsible for executing our cocktail program with consistency, educating guests on our offerings, and being a key part of the lively MIRRA atmosphere.

What Youll Do:

• Craft and serve cocktails with precision, speed, and attention to detail

• Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and insight into our beverage and food program

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service

• Collaborate closely with the front and back of house teams to ensure seamless service

• Support with bar prep, inventory, and restocking

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume setting

• Solid knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail technique

• A warm, engaging presence with excellent communication skills

• Strong sense of timing, organization, and cleanliness

• Ability to stay cool under pressure and keep energy high throughout service

• BASSET certification (required)

• Weekend and evening availability
