These technicians are vital in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, performing regular inspections, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Duties can range from simple tasks like changing light bulbs, to more complex tasks like plumbing and electrical repairs, painting and decorating rooms, or even maintaining the heating and cooling systems.
